Santa Barbara Channel ARMS BioBlitz

September 22–26, 2025

This September, UCSB’s Miller Lab and Crab Lab will co-host a BioBlitz in the Santa Barbara Channel to assess marine biodiversity using Automated Reef Monitoring Structures (ARMS).

Taxonomic experts from around the country will be joining to help identify the species growing on the ARMS.
